The Ranald Hotel, Terms and Conditions

Full payment by credit/debit card is required on arrival at the hotel. Bookings cancelled within 3 days of arrival will be charged.  If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, no refund will be offered.

If you book through a third party and you wish to cancel, you must do this through the agent that you originally booked. We regret that we cannot refund any third party bookings unless this has been done and confirmation has been sent by the agent.

Check out is 11.00am daily. Early check in and late check out may incur a surcharge.

We do not accept American Express for online or telephone bookings.

If card payment is declined, we will contact you for alternative details. If new details aren’t provided within 48 hours the reservation will be cancelled.

The card used to book may be charged should any damages be discovered upon departure.

Where group bookings are involved, a 50% deposit will be required at time of booking via company card or bank transfer. This will be refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival. The balance must be settled and a full rooming list provided 14 days prior to arrival.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the hotel.

Pets, with the exception of support dogs, are not permitted in the hotel.
